      3. Suspension: Suspension involves temporarily removing the employee from work without pay as a disciplinary measure. It is used for serious misconduct or repeated violations of policies, pending further investigation or resolution of the issue.

      4. Demotion: Demotion involves reducing an employee's job title, responsibilities, or salary as a consequence of poor performance, misconduct, or failure to meet job requirements. It is a significant disciplinary action that may be imposed as an alternative to termination.

      5. Probation: Probation is a period during which the employee's performance or behavior is closely monitored and evaluated. It may involve additional training, counseling, or performance improvement plans to address deficiencies and prevent further issues.

      6. Termination: Termination is the most severe form of disciplinary action, involving the permanent separation of the employee from employment.
