These criteria may include factors such as job knowledge, quality of work, productivity, teamwork, leadership, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Managers or supervisors then assess each employee's performance against these criteria, assigning them a rating or score that reflects their level of proficiency and effectiveness in their role.

      Efficiency rating serves as a valuable tool for identifying high-performing employees who demonstrate the skills, competencies, and qualities necessary for advancement within the organization.
